I didn’t just fall off the turnip truck.

me-001I’m a mom who woke up to what is going on in our country after my children got out of the little kid stage. I have four so I was quite busy with them for a good number of years. Before that, I ignored the news because it’s pretty much always bad, and I didn’t see how it affected our daily lives. Was I ever wrong! I trusted in our system of checks and balances, separation of powers, and rule of law, what I learned in school about our country. That system is being broken by those who dearly wish for big government control of our lives. They are looking to progressively and, bless their hearts, compassionately steal our rights away from us. They either think we won’t notice, or that we will come to our senses and clap like seals along with them. I stand against Statism disguised as “the greater good.” I stand for our Freedom which, however imperfect, is worth preserving. I hope you will stand with me, or that I can get you off balance enough to lean in my direction.
